Car carrier truck is a special purpose truck for car loading and transport. The no. of cars is normally from 4 units to 6 units depending different truck chassis and wheel base.

After all cars are properly loaded into the car carrier, we need to fix all the cars firmly to avoid any moving and to ensure the safety driving. There are two ways to fix the cars on the vehicles. One ways is to fix the wheels, the other ways is to fix the car frame. The wheel fixation is to fix the wheels and tire by the wheel blocks and tire fixation belt to avoid moving forward and backward. The frame fixation is to fix the car frame with the vehicle frame to avoiding the cars jumping during transport, especially when the space inside the vehicle is very limited.

When car carrier trailer overall length is more than 15m, there are 32pcs wheel blocks and 32pcs tire fixation belt. For the car carrier less than 15m, there are 24pcs wheel blocks and 24pcs tire belts.
